    Danbury, Conn.—Freshman Hillevi Esquilin (North Kingstown, RI) placed first in two events as the Rhode Island College women’s swimming team fell to Western Connecticut, 115.00-80.00, and Albertus Magnus, 104.00-90.00, in a triple dual meet at the O’Niell Center Pool on Friday evening.

    Smithfield, R.I.--Freshman Hillevi Esquilin (North Kingstown, RI) placed first in the 1,000-yard freestyle (12:11.53), which qualified her for her seventh New England Intercollege Swimming and Diving Association (NEISDA) Championship event, as the Rhode Island College women’s swimming team fell to Plymouth State 164-70, at Bryant University on Saturday afternoon.

    Smithfield, R.I.--Freshman Hillevi Esquilin (North Kingstown, RI) qualified for the New England Intercollegiate Swimming and Diving Association Championship (NEISDA) in the 200-yard IM with a first place time of 2:31.32 as the Rhode Island College women’s swimming team fell to Eastern Connecticut, 130-59, on Saturday afternoon at Bryant University’s Chase Wellness Center.
